We strive to give you the best possible care and value time, therefore, we do not accept insurance. As an out of network provider, however, we can provide you with superbills to use towards your deductible, upon request.
Did You Know? With FSA/HSA cards, Chiropractic care is a covered expense. You do not need a prescription or a referral to see a Chiropractor.
We take Care Credit!
All major credit cards, including FSA, HSA and health benefits cards are accepted, as well as Care Credit. We also take liens for those involved in auto accident or personal injury cases.
First Time? New Patients Please Read
For the best service and care, we ask that NEW PATIENTS make a 50% deposit in order to book an appointment. The 50% deposit goes towards the total cost of your initial visit. (For FSA/HSA users, unfortunately, your card is not applicable towards the deposit, as our system doesn't allow it. We can use it on your follow up visit though!)
New Patient Appointment (Initial visit) is $130 and is approximately 50 minutes. This includes a thorough evaluation and history of your current complaints and treatment as necessary (including soft tissue work, like graston and guided PEMF therapy and necessary adjustments).
We know your time is valuable and want to make the most of it. We respect your time, please respect ours. Dr. Lim Chiropractic is dedicated to time and service. Please read our policies very carefully before booking.
-Upon initial visit, please try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out short paperwork and to make yourself comfortable (i.e.: using the restroom).
-$65 is only a deposit towards the $130 New Patient service. The remaining $65 will be charged at the end of the visit.
-To avoid charges, please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. We value time and strive to give you the utmost service and care, so kindly please give consideration and we ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. (For example, if your appointment is at 5 pm on Tuesday, please cancel or reschedule by 5 pm the Monday before.
-If you need to reschedule, please do so by email (so there is written notice and it's time stamped) AND cancel your appointment online in our booking system. If you need to just cancel, you may cancel online prior to 24 hours. Failure to do any of the above will result in forfeiture of the full $65 deposit.)
-The full deposit will be charged for late cancellations, no shows, and missed appointments. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in their scheduled session.
